11-ENTITLED An Act to modify the community paramedic endorsement.
12-BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
13-Section 1. That § 36-4B-18.2 be AMENDED:
14-36-4B-18.2. A community paramedic endorsement is hereby created. The board
15-may issue a community paramedic endorsement to an individual who is licensed as a
16-paramedic and:
17-(1) Completes the education requirements and training approved by the board and
18-promulgated in accordance with § 36-4B-35; or
19-(2) Is certified as a community paramedic by the International Board of Specialty
