| 13 | | - | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: |

| 14 | | - | Section 1. There is appropriated $4,000,000 from the general fund, to the South Dakota |

| 15 | | - | Board of Technical Education, for the purpose of purchasing equipment to support the |

| 16 | | - | educational mission of the four technical colleges in this state. |

| 17 | | - | Section 2. The secretary of the Department of Education shall approve vouchers and the |
|---|
| 18 | | - | state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized in this Act. |

| 19 | | - | Section 3. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated shall |
|---|
| 20 | | - | revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8. |
