An Act to create a share the road emblem specialty plate. 1
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 2
Section 1. That § 32-5-167 be AMENDED: 3
32-5-167. Any owner of a motor vehicle may apply for an emblem specialty plate 4
if the owner meets the requirements of §§ 32-5-168 to 32-5-178. The available emblem 5
specialty plates are as follows: 6
(1) Organization; 7
(2) First responder; or 8
(3) Organ donor; and 9
(4) Share the road bicyclist safety. 10
