13		-	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
14		-	Section 1. That § 32-5-167 be AMENDED:
15		-	32-5-167. Any owner of a motor vehicle may apply for an emblem specialty plate
16		-	if the owner meets the requirements of §§ 32-5-168 to 32-5-178. The available specialty
17		-	plate emblems are as follows:
18		-	(1) Organization;
19		-	(2) First responder;
20		-	(3) Organ donor; and
