1616 An Act to amend the bond requirement for certain municipal officers. 1
1717 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 2
1818 Section 1. That § 9-14-6 be AMENDED: 3
1919 9-14-6. Each appointive officer, before entering upon the discharge of the duties 4
2020 of the office, shall take and subscribe an oath or affirmation of office, in the form required 5
