An Act to make an appropriation to enhance the economic health of South Dakota. 1
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 2
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of $100 to the state, 3
for purposes of enhancing the economic health of South Dakota. 4
Section 2. The state shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay 5
expenditures authorized by this Act. 6
Section 3. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated shall 7
revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8. 8
Section 4. This Act is effective June 29, 2025. 9
