BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 2
Section 1. That a NEW SECTION be added to chapter 13-13: 3
In addition to any amount provided for on a salary schedule established by the 4
board of a school district for teachers, a teacher may receive merit pay in the amount 5
established by the board. 6
