BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 2
Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Department of Education may not 3
forward to the Huron School District any moneys appropriated in the general appropriation 4
bill for state aid to education. 5
