18 | | - | environment, negatively impact test scores, and affect a student's long-term ability to retain |

20 | | - | WHEREAS, the board of a school district may regulate the use of cellular telephones or |

21 | | - | other electronic communication devices on school property; and |

22 | | - | WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of students, administrators, teachers, and other school |

23 | | - | employees to minimize distractions and disruptions during instructional time, and to increase |

25 | | - | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the House of Representatives of the One |
