| 17 | 17 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 2 |

| 18 | 18 | | Section 1. That ยง 4-7-7 be AMENDED: 3 |

| 19 | 19 | | 4-7-7. The head of each budget unit, not later than October fifteenth of each year, 4 |

| 27 | 27 | | shall be transmitted to the Legislative Research Council by the Bureau of Finance and 12 |

| 28 | 28 | | Management.On or before September first of each year, the head of each budget unit shall 13 |

| 29 | 29 | | submit, to the Bureau of Finance and Management, on forms prescribed by the bureau, 14 |
