11		-	ENTITLED An Act to expand the policy advisory committee for animal damage

13		-	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
14		-	Section 1. That § 40-36-46 be AMENDED:
15		-	40-36-46. There is created a policy advisory committee for animal damage control
16		-	consisting of the secretary of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks, the supervisor of
17		-	the wildlife damage management program, the secretary of the Department of Agriculture
18		-	and Natural Resources or the secretary's designee, and one representative from each of
19		-	the following organizations:
20		-	(1) South Dakota Cattlemen's Association;
21		-	(2) South Dakota Farm Bureau;
22		-	(3) South Dakota Farmers Union;
23		-	(4) South Dakota Landowner and Outfitter Alliance;
24		-	(5) South Dakota Sheep Growers Association;
25		-	(6) South Dakota Stockgrowers Association;
26		-	(7) South Dakota Wildlife Federation; and
27		-	(8) United Sates Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service
28		-	- Wildlife Services.
29		-	The committee shall review animal damage control activities and provide
30		-	recommendations for controlling animal damage in this state. The committee shall meet
