BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 3
Section 1. That a NEW SECTION be added to chapter 20-9: 4
A cause of action based on the doctrine of product liability, whether strict liability 5
or negligence, may not be maintained with respect to a digital network, as defined in ยง 6
32-40-1. 7
