BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 3
Section 1. That a NEW SECTION be added to chapter 12-27: 4
A candidate or a candidate campaign committee organized pursuant to this chapter 5
may not accept any contribution or loan from an authorized committee of a candidate for 6
federal office, as defined in 52 U.S.C. ยง 30101, et seq. (January 1, 2025). 7
