11		-	ENTITLED An Act to revise the description of highways included in the state trunk

13		-	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
14		-	Section 1. That § 31-4-136 be AMENDED:
15		-	31-4-136. The state trunk highway system includes a highway in Brookings
16		-	County stretching from a point on U.S. Highway 14 west of the city of Brookings, thence
17		-	easterly via Brookings to U.S. Highway 14 east of Brookings.
18		-	Section 2. That § 31-4-246 be AMENDED:
19		-	31-4-246. The state trunk highway system includes the following in Charles Mix,
20		-	Hughes, Sully, Potter, Walworth, and Campbell counties:
21		-	(1) From a point south of State Highway 50 near the southwest corner of section
22		-	nineteen, township ninety-six north, range sixty-six west, thence northerly to State
23		-	Highway 50 near the southwest corner of section thirty-one, township ninety-seven
24		-	north, range sixty-six west;
25		-	(2) From a point south of State Highway 44 near the southwest corner of section
26		-	thirteen, township ninety-eight north, range sixty-nine west, thence northwesterly
27		-	to State Highway 44 west of Platte near the northwest corner of section
28		-	twenty-two, township ninety-nine north, range sixty-nine west;
29		-	(3) From a point on U.S. Highway 14 in Pierre in the southeast quarter of section
30		-	twenty-two, township one hundred eleven north, range seventy-nine west, thence
31		-	southwesterly, thence northerly along Oahe Reservoir to U.S. Highway 212 west
32		-	of Gettysburg in section twenty-nine, township one hundred eighteen north, range
33		-	seventy-eight west;
34		-	(4) From a point on U.S. Highway 212 west of Gettysburg near the southwest corner
