| 13 | | - | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: |

| 14 | | - | Section 1. There is appropriated $180,000 from the general fund, to the Department of |

| 15 | | - | Health, for purchasing, storing, and distributing to health care facilities sexual assault kits, as |
|---|
| 16 | | - | defined in § 23-5C-1. |

| 17 | | - | Section 2. The secretary of the Department of Health shall approve vouchers and the state |

| 18 | | - | auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized in this Act. |
|---|
| 19 | | - | Section 3. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated by June |
|---|
| 20 | | - | 30, 2028, shall revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8. |
