14-invited all to join in singing Christmas carols as he plays his iconic pipe organ at the Nora
15-Christmas Store in the community of Nora, South Dakota; and
16- WHEREAS, Mike’s dedication to the spirit of Christmas and his sharing of the joy of the
17-holiday through music has become a cherished tradition for generations of South Dakotans
18-and visitors alike; and
19- WHEREAS, the novelty of Mike Pedersen and the Nora Christmas Store has been featured
20-on national television programs, enabling others across the nation to experience this great
21-treasure;
22- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT COMMEMORATED, by the One Hundredth Legislature of the State
23-of South Dakota, that Mike Pedersen has made a positive difference in the lives of many South
24-Dakotans by spreading the Christmas spirit and bringing the joy of holiday music to thousands
