AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8, Chapter 21, Part 4 and Title 34, Chapter 8, relative to the transfer of guardianships and conservatorships.
The task force on guardianship monitoring and transition requirements; to provide a penalty; to provide for a report; to provide an appropriation; to provide a continuing appropriation; to provide for a transfer; and to provide an effective date.
Relating to a determination of whether a probate court of this state is a more appropriate forum than a court of another state with respect to guardianship proceedings involving adults.
Guardianship: special immigrant juveniles.
