| 17 | 17 | | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 29-39-102(a)(2), is amended by |

| 18 | 18 | | deleting "seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000)" and substituting "one million five |

| 19 | 19 | | hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000)". |
