13+AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section
14+65-6-133, relative to the commissioning of railroad
15+police officers.

2017 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
2118 SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 65-6-133(a), is amended by deleting
2219 the language "governor" and substituting instead the language "commissioner of safety".
2320 SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 65-6-133(b), is amended by deleting
2421 the language "governor" wherever it appears and substituting instead the language
2522 "commissioner".
26-SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it. HOUSE BILL NO. 121
