13+AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4,
14+Chapter 29 and Title 33, Chapter 11, relative to
15+the Tennessee opioid abatement council.

1417 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
1518 SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-246(a), is amended by deleting
1619 subdivision (52).
1720 SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-250(a), is amended by inserting
1821 the following as a new subdivision:
1922 ( ) Tennessee opioid abatement council, created by § 33-11-103;
20-SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it. HOUSE BILL NO. 276
