AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 11; Title 13;
Title 20; Title 28; Title 39; Title 49; Title 54; Title
55; Title 59; Title 62; Title 64; Title 65; Title 66;
Title 67; Title 68 and Title 69, relative to waste
management.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-211-873, is amended by adding
the following as a new subsection:
(c) The department shall publish the report required by subsection (a) on its
website.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2025, the public welfare requiring it.
