| 17 | 17 | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 63-1-156(a)(3), is amended by | |
| 18 | 18 | deleting the subdivision and substituting: | |
| 19 | 19 | (3) "Drug or alcohol violation" means a violation of: | |
| 20 | 20 | (A) § 1-3-113; | |
| 21 | 21 | (B) § 39-15-404; | |
| 22 | 22 | (C) § 39-17-310; | |
| 23 | 23 | (D) § 39-17-418; | |
| 24 | 24 | (E) § 39-17-425; | |
| 25 | 25 | (F) § 57-3-412(a)(3); | |
| 26 | 26 | (G) § 57-3-412(a)(4); | |
| 27 | 27 | (H) § 57-3-412(a)(5); | |
| 28 | 28 | (I) § 57-3-412(c); | |
| 29 | 29 | (J) § 57-4-203(b)(2); | |
| 30 | 30 | (K) § 57-5-301(d); | |
| 31 | 31 | (L) § 57-5-301(e); or | |
