AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49,
Chapter 14; Title 49, Chapter 7; Title 49, Chapter
8 and Title 49, Chapter 9, relative to higher
education.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-7-1804(f), is amended by deleting
"and the department of safety" and substituting ", the department of safety, and the general
assembly".
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
