| 18 | 18 | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 39-17-308(d)(2), is amended by | |

| 20 | 20 | In addition to any other disposition authorized by law, the disposition must include the | |
| 21 | 21 | suspension of the minor's driving privileges or ability to obtain a driver license for a | |
| 22 | 22 | period of one (1) year in accordance with the procedures set out in title 55, chapter 10, | |
| 23 | 23 | part 7. | |
| 24 | 24 | SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2025, the public welfare requiring it, and | |
| 25 | 25 | applies to acts committed on or after that date. |
