SUMMARY OF BILL: Requires the District Attorneys General Conference (DAGC) to
compile an annual report by January 15, 2026 and each January 15 thereafter, detailing convictions
attained pursuant to the Terrorism Prevention and Response Act of 2002.
FISCAL IMPACT:
NOT SIGNIFICANT
Assumptions:
• DAGC can submit the required report utilizing existing resources, without a significant
increase in state expenditures.
• The proposed legislation will not significantly impact state or local government operations.
Any fiscal impact will be not significant.
