| 18 | 18 | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 8, is amended by | |

| 20 | 20 | The district attorneys general conference shall compile a yearly report detailing | |
| 21 | 21 | convictions made pursuant to this part during the previous year. The report must be | |
| 22 | 22 | provided to the general assembly no later than January 15, 2026, and each January 15 | |
| 23 | 23 | thereafter. | |
| 24 | 24 | SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it. |
