| 17 | 17 | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 63-5-106, is amended by deleting the | |
| 18 | 18 | section and substituting: | |
| 19 | 19 | On or before January 1 of each year, the board shall submit a report to the | |
| 20 | 20 | governor and the legislative librarian on the board's proceedings and activities from the | |
| 21 | 21 | previous calendar year. | |
| 22 | 22 | SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it. |
