| 12 | 17 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE: | |
| 13 | 18 | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 8-50-113, is amended by adding the | |
| 14 | 19 | following as a new subsection (b) and redesignating the existing subsection (b) accordingly: | |
| 15 | 20 | (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), the officers and employees of the various | |
| 16 | - | agencies, boards, and departments of state government identified in §§ 8-30-102(a), 8- | |
| 17 | - | 102(b | |
