15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, the members of this General Assembly were greatly saddened to learn of |

16 | 16 | | the passing of Robert Cooke "Bob" Irwin; and |

17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Bob Irwin was a beloved friend and neighbor who did his utmost to improve |
---|
18 | 18 | | the well-being of all who were blessed to know him; and |

19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, born on May 13, 1951, in Knoxville, Mr. Irwin was the son of Gordon and |
---|
20 | 20 | | Cookie Irwin; he graduated from Seymour High School in 1969; and |
---|
21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, a man of many passions, Bob Irwin was an avid golfer, camper, and |
---|
22 | 22 | | University of Tennessee Volunteers fan; and |

23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Irwin had a way with words and was renowned among his family and |
---|
24 | 24 | | friends for being a gifted storyteller; and |
---|
25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, he was also deeply devoted to his family and always endeavored to remain |
---|
26 | 26 | | true to family values of the highest order; and |
---|
27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Irwin is survived by his wife of twenty-three years, Brenda Irwin; brother, |

28 | 28 | | Thomas Irwin; daughters, Heidi (Larry) Householder and Holli (Marques) Williams; |
---|
29 | 29 | | stepdaughter, Denise Shockley; grandchildren, Taylor Swaney, Chase Ingle, Kingston Williams, |

30 | 30 | | Colbi Mitchell, Kiley Mitchell, and Kinsley Caris; great-granddaughter, Huntleigh Swaney; and a |

31 | 31 | | host of cousins and friends; and |
