| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this General Assembly should pause to |

| 17 | 17 | | specially recognize those outstanding teachers who have devoted their careers to providing the |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | highest quality education for Tennessee's students; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Nicole Lowe is one such estimable educator, who has distinguished herself |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Lowe has been selected as the 2024–2025 Marshall County Schools |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Grades K–4 Teacher of the Year, a most befitting honor that recognizes the positive influence |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | she has on so many young lives; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Nicole Lowe, a teacher at Chapel Hill Elementary School, is an extremely |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | talented and compassionate educator who works assiduously to motivate her students to reach |

| 26 | 26 | | their full potential, both as scholars and as citizens; and |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Lowe serves as an inspiration to her colleagues and students alike, and |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | her friendship and counsel are highly valued by those who are fortunate to know her; and |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Nicole Lowe truly epitomizes the dedicated teacher who is wholly committed |

| 30 | 30 | | to the highest ideals of public service and quality education for all, and she should be specially |
