| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, the nuclear family, consisting of one husband, one wife, and any biological, |

| 16 | 16 | | adopted, or fostered children, is God's design for familial structure and has been the bedrock of |

| 17 | 17 | | society since the creation of the world; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, the nuclear family was the basic building block of Tennessee's society |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | throughout her formative years; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, the nuclear family built the United States of America and created prosperity |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | within our nation; and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, fatherless families are four times more likely to live in poverty than married- |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | couple families; children without fathers are ten times more likely to abuse chemical substances; |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | children from fatherless homes are more likely to have mental health and behavioral issues; |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | sixty percent of youth suicides are from fatherless homes; seventy-one percent of high school |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | dropouts are from fatherless homes; fatherless youths are twenty times more likely to be |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | incarcerated; eighty-five percent of youths in prison come from fatherless homes; and in a 2016 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | study by Peter Langman on the psychology behind fifty-six school shooters, eighty-two percent |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | of the shooters were raised in an unstable family environment or without both biological parents |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | together; and |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, Tennessee's values do not align with the humanistic, globalist ideologies of |

| 32 | 32 | | the World Health Organization, the United Nations, and like-minded organizations that fight for |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | population control through the means of promoting sterilization and abortion practices; and |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | WHEREAS, the nuclear family is God's perfect design for humanity and is aligned with |

| 35 | 35 | | the long-held traditional values of Tennessee; and |
