| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this General Assembly should pause to pay |

| 17 | 17 | | tribute to those students who, through their natural talents and unflagging commitment to |

| 18 | 18 | | academic excellence, have distinguished themselves in the classroom; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Keara Lanae Rivers is one such exceptional student who was recently |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | named Valedictorian of the 2025 graduating class at Raleigh-Egypt High School; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, through diligent study, steady composure during examinations, and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | steadfast commitment of time and talent, Ms. Rivers has achieved outstanding academic |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | success and joined the ranks of the best and brightest students in Tennessee and our country; |
|---|

| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, in her remarkable high school career, Keara Rivers has earned an |

| 26 | 26 | | exemplary grade point average while participating in a number of extracurricular activities; and |

| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, her display of intellectual aptitude and ambition surely bodes well for her |
|---|

| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Keara Rivers's noteworthy achievement is a tremendous source of pride for |
