| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is appropriate that this legislative body should honor those citizens who |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | have answered a divine call to the ministry and who have served with dedication, vigor, and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | enthusiasm to perform God's work for their congregations and their communities; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Caroline Vallejos is one such estimable person, who will take her much- |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | deserved retirement from her role as elementary pastor of Mosaic Church in Clarksville; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, for over thirty-five years, Ms. Vallejos has committed herself to the well- |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | being and spiritual development of the children entrusted to her, and her long tenure has |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | positively impacted innumerable lives in multiple generations of believers; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, by her extraordinary example of compassionate care and spiritual maturity, |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Ms. Vallejos has led several of her former students into roles of servant leadership and ministry |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | as well; and |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Vallejos is a living icon of God's work, whether through her consistent |

| 28 | 28 | | virtue and empathy or her gift of human relation, and she, not burying her talents, has multiplied |

| 29 | 29 | | the kingdom of God through her shepherding; and |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | WHEREAS, throughout her estimable and devout career as a minister, Ms. Caroline |

| 31 | 31 | | Vallejos has evinced the utmost spirituality, ability, and integrity, winning the unbridled respect |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | and admiration of her congregation; and |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | WHEREAS, we are delighted to recognize this committed Christian leader for her |
