| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, one such individual is Melody Walker of Nashville, who took home the Best |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, she has also penned songs with Della Mae and Molly Tuttle, the latter of |

| 27 | 27 | | whom won the Best Bluegrass Album Grammy Award in 2023 for Crooked Tree, which featured |

|---|
| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, in addition to her masterful songwriting, Melody Walker is a producer and a |

| 30 | 30 | | performer, often lauded for her stunning, soulful vocals; prior to devoting herself primarily to co- |

| 31 | 31 | | writing and solo projects, she released three albums with her band, Front Country; and |

| 32 | 32 | | WHEREAS, Melody Walker is also a community builder, teacher, and advocate; she |

| 33 | 33 | | founded and hosts a weekly songwriter round, Writers' Kitchen, in East Nashville and has taught |
