| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, we were greatly saddened to learn of the passing of Keither "Dale" Hood; |

|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Dale Hood was an exemplary public servant, consummate professional, |

| 17 | 17 | | and proud veteran of the United States Army, who served our nation with honor and distinction |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | in Vietnam; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Hood dedicated his life to the service of others, embodying the values of |

| 20 | 20 | | courage, duty, and patriotism; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, an exemplar of civic duty and the higher ideals of the American way, Mr. |

| 22 | 22 | | Hood passed on his love for our country and the value of honesty, helping one's neighbor, and a |

| 23 | 23 | | hard day's work to his children and grandchildren; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Hood's service to our country and his community has left an indelible |

| 25 | 25 | | mark on the hearts of all who knew him; and |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that we pause to honor the memory of Keither "Dale" Hood on his |

| 27 | 27 | | birthday, April 2, 2025, and express our deepest gratitude for his service and sacrifice; now, |
