A RESOLUTION to honor Gwen Jaskoski, principal of DuPont
Hadley Middle School.
WHEREAS, it is fitting that we should specially recognize those outstanding citizens who
have devoted their careers to providing the highest-quality education for Tennessee's students;
and
WHEREAS, Gwen Jaskoski is one such estimable educator, who has distinguished
herself as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Jaskoski served as an assistant principal for years before being
promoted to executive principal this school year; and
WHEREAS, she has earned universal acclaim for her first year as principal of DuPont
Hadley Middle School, and it is most fitting that she be recognized during Principals' Week; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Jaskoski has shown unwavering dedication and commitment to the
students, faculty, and community of DuPont Hadley Middle School; and
WHEREAS, her leadership has significantly enhanced the educational experience at
DuPont Hadley and fostered a positive and inclusive environment; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Jaskoski's tireless efforts have significantly contributed to the
academic and personal growth of countless students by fostering a nurturing and supportive
environment; and
WHEREAS, her innovative approaches to education have inspired both students and
staff by promoting academic excellence and personal growth; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Jaskoski's passion for education and her selfless service have earned
her the respect and admiration of all who have the privilege of working with her; and

WHEREAS, Gwen Jaskoski epitomizes the ideal of the dedicated professional who is
wholly committed to the highest values of public service and quality education for all, and she
should be specially recognized; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED
FOURTEENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, that we honor and
commend Gwen Jaskoski for her exceptional service, dedication, and leadership as the
principal of DuPont Hadley Middle school and express our deepest gratitude for her ongoing
commitment to fostering a nurturing and inspiring educational environment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriate copy of this resolution be prepared
for presentation with this final clause omitted from such copy.
