| 16 | 15 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE: | |
| 17 | 16 | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 7-69-109(c), is amended by deleting | |
| 18 | 17 | the following: | |
| 19 | 18 | A copy of such report and a copy of the annual audit referenced in subsection (a) | |
| 20 | 19 | shall be filed annually with the governing body of the municipality granting | |
| 21 | 20 | permission to the authority to organize. | |
| 22 | 21 | and substituting instead: | |
| 23 | 22 | A copy of such report and a copy of the annual audit referenced in subsection (a) | |
| 24 | 23 | must be filed annually with the governing body of the municipality granting | |
| 25 | 24 | permission to the authority to organize and to each member of the general | |
| 26 | 25 | assembly who represents the municipality. The report may be filed electronically. | |
| 27 | 26 | SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it. |
