| 17 | 17 | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 11-13-104, is amended by adding | |
| 18 | 18 | the following language under the designation "Class II Pastoral River Areas": | |
| 19 | 19 | Beaverdam Creek – The segment of Beaverdam Creek beginning with the | |
| 20 | 20 | confluence of Brush Fork and Piney Fork in Hickman County and ending with the | |
| 21 | 21 | confluence of Beaverdam Creek and Duck River in Hickman County. | |
| 22 | 22 | Duck River – The segment of the river lying within Hickman county. | |
| 23 | 23 | Lick Creek – The segment of the river beginning with the confluence of North | |
| 24 | 24 | Fork Lick Creek and South Fork Lick Creek in Williamson County and ending with the | |
| 25 | 25 | confluence of Lick Creek and Duck River in Hickman County. | |
| 26 | 26 | Piney River – The segment of the river beginning with the confluence of West | |
| 27 | 27 | Piney River and East Piney River in Dickson County and ending with the confluence of | |

| 35 | 35 | SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it. |
