| 17 | 16 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE: |

| 18 | 17 | | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 40-39-203(i), is amended by adding |

| 19 | 18 | | the following as a new subdivision: |

| 20 | 19 | | ( ) The name, physical address, mailing address if different from physical |
|---|
| 21 | 20 | | address, and phone number of any church, temple, or other religious group or |
|---|
| 22 | 21 | | organization in this state where the offender is a registered member; |
|---|
| 23 | 22 | | SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 40-39-206(d), is amended by adding |

| 24 | 23 | | the following as a new subdivision: |

| 25 | 24 | | (17) The name and address of any church, temple, or other religious group or |
|---|
| 26 | 25 | | organization in this state where the offender is a registered member. |
|---|
| 27 | 26 | | SECTION 3. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 40-39-206(d), is amended by |

| 28 | 27 | | deleting "subdivisions (d)(1)-(16)" wherever it appears and substituting "subdivisions (d)(1)- |

| 29 | 28 | | (17)". |

| 30 | 29 | | SECTION 4. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 40-39-214(a), is amended by adding |

| 31 | 30 | | the following as a new subdivision: |
