12 | 16 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE: | |
13 | 17 | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 12-3-1205(b)(4)(B), is amended by | |
14 | 18 | deleting the subdivision and substituting instead: | |
15 | 19 | (B) Purchases of construction, engineering, or architectural services, or | |
16 | - | construction materials. As used in this subdivision (b)(4)( | |
