| 18 | 18 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE: | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 13-3-413(d), is amended by adding | |
| 20 | 20 | the following new subdivision: | |
| 21 | 21 | (4) A vesting period established pursuant to subsection (c) or this subsection (d) | |
| 22 | 22 | does not expire because of pending litigation challenging a permit, and the vesting | |
| 23 | 23 | period is tolled while such litigation is pending. | |
| 24 | 24 | SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 13-4-310(d), is amended by adding | |
| 25 | 25 | the following new subdivision: | |
| 26 | 26 | (4) A vesting period established pursuant to subsection (c) or this subsection (d) | |
| 27 | 27 | does not expire because of pending litigation challenging a permit, and the vesting | |
| 28 | 28 | period is tolled while such litigation is pending. | |
| 29 | 29 | SECTION 3. This act takes effect on July 1, 2025, the public welfare requiring it. |
