Requires TACIR to conduct the studying from existing resources and to report its findings to chair of the Senate Commerce and Labor Committee and the chair of the appropriate committee of the House of Representatives and the Legislative Librarian. FISCAL IMPACT: NOT SIGNIFICANT Assumption: • According to TACIR, the study may be performed utilizing existing staff and resources; therefore, any increase in state expenditures is estimated to be not significant.
