25 | 25 | | (C) Unless exempt, refusal or failure to engage in full-time employment, |

26 | 26 | | part-time employment, or other training or work preparation activities prescribed |

27 | 27 | | by subsection (g) without good cause, or the failure to cooperate in the |

28 | 28 | | establishment or enforcement of child support without good cause, must result in |

29 | 29 | | denial of eligibility for, or termination of, temporary assistance for the entire family |

31 | 31 | | (D) The personal responsibility plan may provide transportation |

33 | 33 | | department shall first utilize available community transportation resources before |
