2117 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
2218 SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 39-17-402(12)(B)(ii), is amended by
2319 deleting ". This subdivision (12)(B)(ii) is repealed on July 1, 2025".
24-SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it. PASSED:
