| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this General Assembly should pause to pay |

| 16 | 16 | | tribute to those students who, through their natural talents and unflagging commitment to |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | academic excellence, have distinguished themselves in the classroom; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Olivia Free is one such exceptional student, who was recently named the |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | Valedictorian of the 2025 graduating class at Frank Hughes School; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, through diligent study, steady composure during examinations, and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | steadfast commitment of time and talent, Ms. Free has achieved outstanding academic success |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | and joined the ranks of the best and brightest students in Tennessee and our country; and |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, in her remarkable high school career, Olivia Free has earned an exemplary |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | grade point average while participating in numerous extracurricular activities; and |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, her display of intellectual aptitude and ambition surely bodes well for her |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | future success, as she plans to attend Freed-Hardeman University to pursue pre-medical |

| 27 | 27 | | studies; and |

| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Olivia Free's noteworthy achievement is a tremendous source of pride for |

| 29 | 29 | | her parents, Brian and Christina Free, her school, and her community; and |

| 30 | 30 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Free's dedication to excellence is clearly deserving of the respect, |
