| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this General Assembly should pause to |

| 18 | 18 | | specially recognize those outstanding teachers who have devoted their careers to providing the |

| 19 | 19 | | highest-quality education for Tennessee's students; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Debra Demlow is one such estimable educator, who has distinguished |

| 21 | 21 | | herself as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Demlow has been selected as the 2024–2025 Hermitage Elementary |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | School Teacher of the Year, a most befitting honor that recognizes the positive influence she |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | has on so many young lives; and |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Debra Demlow is an extremely talented and compassionate educator who |

| 26 | 26 | | works assiduously to motivate her students to reach their full potential, both as scholars and as |

|---|
| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Demlow serves as an inspiration to her colleagues and students alike, |

| 29 | 29 | | and her friendship and counsel are highly valued by those who are fortunate to know her; and |
