| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, we take great pleasure in celebrating the births of our State's newest |

|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Eleni McKinley Halkias recently made her grand entrance into the world, |

| 17 | 17 | | bringing great pride and joy to her family, including her mother, Hannah Halkias; and |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Hannah Halkias works for the General Assembly as a legislative assistant |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | for Senator Shane Reeves, serving with acumen and alacrity and earning the respect and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | admiration of her colleagues; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, the Halkiases are highly respected members of their community; they are |

| 22 | 22 | | the very epitome of good neighbors, as they always endeavor to treat others as they would like |

|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, for nine months, they eagerly anticipated the birth of their precious baby girl |

| 25 | 25 | | and worked assiduously to prepare for her entrance into the world; and |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, this wonderful new arrival is certain to bring joy and excitement to the hearts |

| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, we find it appropriate to join the proud new parents, friends, and relatives of |
