| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that we should specially recognize those outstanding teachers |

| 16 | 16 | | who have devoted their careers to providing the highest-quality education for Tennessee's |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | students; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Tara Palmer is one such estimable educator, who has distinguished herself |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Palmer has been named the 2024–2025 Teacher of the Year at West |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | Wilson Middle School, a most befitting honor that recognizes the positive influence she has on |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | so many young lives; and |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, an educator for eleven years, Tara Palmer serves as a seventh-grade |

| 24 | 24 | | English language arts teacher at West Wilson Middle School; she holds Bachelor of Science |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | degrees in Mass Communications and Education; and |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Palmer is an extremely talented and compassionate educator who |

| 27 | 27 | | works assiduously to motivate her students to reach their full potential, both as scholars and as |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | citizens; and |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Tara Palmer serves as an inspiration to her colleagues and students alike, |

| 30 | 30 | | and her friendship and counsel are highly valued by those who are fortunate to know her; and |

| 31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Palmer truly epitomizes the dedicated teacher who is wholly committed |
