| 18 | 18 | | specially recognize those outstanding teachers who have devoted their careers to providing the |

| 19 | 19 | | highest-quality education for Tennessee's students; and |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Jessica Brooke Lipshie is one such estimable educator, who has |

| 21 | 21 | | distinguished herself as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Lipshie has been selected as the 2024–2025 Castle Heights |

| 23 | 23 | | Elementary School Teacher of the Year, a most befitting honor that recognizes the positive |

| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, an educator for fourteen years, Ms. Lipshie serves with acumen and alacrity |

| 26 | 26 | | as a fourth-grade math and science teacher, and she holds a bachelor's degree in education; |

| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, she is an extremely talented and compassionate educator who works |
