| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this General Assembly should pause to |

| 17 | 17 | | specially recognize those outstanding teachers who have devoted their careers to providing the |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | highest-quality education for Tennessee's students; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Jamie Wallmark is one such estimable educator, who has distinguished |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | herself as a professional of the greatest dedication, ability, and integrity; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, a second-grade teacher at Jones Brummett Elementary School, Ms. |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Wallmark was recently named the school's 2024–2025 Teacher of the Year, a most befitting |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | honor for her tenure as an educator, as it recognizes the positive influence she has on so many |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | young lives; and |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Jamie Wallmark is an extremely talented and compassionate educator who |

| 26 | 26 | | has worked assiduously throughout her fourteen-year career in education to motivate her |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | students, fellow teachers, and staff to reach their full potential as scholars, professionals, and |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | citizens; and |

| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, becoming a student herself so that she might better teach, Ms. Wallmark |

| 30 | 30 | | has earned a bachelor's degree in education and a master's degree in curriculum and |

| 32 | 32 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Wallmark truly serves as an inspiration to the faculty and staff at Jones |
